Felipes's Mexican Taqueria

1st time eating here and it won’t be my last. The food was amazing. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere nice. They have a kiosk to order from outside and an outdoor eating area. The price was about average for this type of restaurant and worth every penny!

Patrick, Tucker and Kyle were AWESOME! This was my first time at the Metairie Rd. Location. I sat at the bar by myself. Patrick was very attentive and engaged making sure I took my time while ordering, and getting to know customers so they return.. All 3 men were great. I will be coming back. Thank you Patrick for being that bartender w the listening ear.

Meh.... nothing about this place feels Mexican or Taqueria. We went because years ago we visited the Carrollton location and it was okay. So finally decided to give this one a try. It has a nicer exterior and decent parking. The inside is bright, the chairs look cool, but is otherwise uninteresting inside. Lackluster. Something is missing. Also, there is no greeting when you walk in nor when you get to the order area. It looks like a blue & white version of Chipotle. That's literally all it is... except at Chipotle, they have better manners. My son got a Burrito and I got a bowl. It was decent. Nothing to rush and return for. But it was the drinks!!! The drinks were AWFUL!!! We got the "Jamaican". They should be ashamed to even call it that! It's supposed to be an island Hibiscus tea/ Sorr

Everything was amazing, I love this place. Vibes are on point. Carlos the bartender was so friendly and attentive! Five stars, highly recommend. I also would like to say the swirl margarita is a must try. W Felipe’s

I was down for an appointment and decided to stop in for a bite. We obviously looked lost because Kevin asked us if we needed help and we were so thankful he did! He recommended the chimichanga, and it did not disappoint. This was the first time visiting but would love to try again. It would be great to see it closer to my hometown tho, Richton, MS.
