We tried out the new hot spot for Saturday night Date Night. It was busy though not overly crowded. We sat at the bar and Laura and Jennifer took care of us. It was a bit crazy at the bar though fun to watch all the activity. Jennifer was very pleasant and very apologetic to not able to address us sooner, though we were not in any rush. We ordered the raw oysters for appetizers and it was delicious. For dinner we ordered the steak & fries with bernaise sauce and he ordered the rabbit (Saturday night special). We throughly enjoyed the atmosphere as will return. Thank you to the staff for taking great care of us. There was a rooftop bar which was having an event and looked they were really having fun.
We absolutely enjoyed our dinner at Feliciana! The atmosphere is rich and inviting, the food is delicious, and the service is wonderful. We had the blue crb beignets as our appetizer, so rich and delicious. Then I had the Red Royal Shrimp which was so flavorful and a huge portion. We were SO full which is so unusual for this type of restaurant. My husband enjoyed the Mussells. For dessert, we had the chocolate mousse. It was divine and so chocolate-y. My husband said it tasted more chocolate-y than chocolate 😅. We also had the Le Patron and the Blackberry Basil Buck drinks, both wonderful as well. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!
Enjoyed the pleasure of attending the soft opening and returned soon after. We were able to taste a large portion of the offerings with our group of diners and stand outs included the seafood tower with the amazing scallops, escargot and tuna crudo. Entree favorites were bistrot steak and fries, the veal, flounder and the crab soup. The daily specials are exceptional (we had the cassoulet and bouillabaisse on our visits.) Warm, friendly and attentive service by a top notch staff. The tribute to Walker Percy is a great touch and the ambience was warm and inviting. Great cocktails with local spins on classic drinks were delicious. Feliciana is a great addition for the north shore and we cannot wait to return.
This restaurant is outstanding in every way! Another great achievement by inspired Chef John Besh and his team.It did not disappoint. The menu has great selections, the food was delicious and the service was great. We went here twice in one week and the second night, we ate at the bar and made new friends!
You can tell by the five-star ratings that St. Tammany has been overdue for something new. With so many chains around here, a place like this probably feels elevated. But if you’re a true foodie, this isn’t five-star dining. Five stars should mean exceptional. This was good—but not exceptional. If you talk to people who have gone and aren’t trying to hype it up, you’ll likely hear the same. The other Besh restaurants easily outperform this one. Maybe they’re trying to cater to the local market here, but they shouldn’t lower the bar to do it. Veal- hello butter, goodbye flavor. Mussels - meh, find a better supplier Pate- far too dense Cheese board - pretty good Desserts- skip the moose and apple pie. The strawberry cake wins. Drinks- their version of an old fashion is diabetes in a
