Fattoria

Fattoria is our favorite restaurant when visiting Beaver Creek. We've been several times since we discovered it a few years ago. Service is always great, never rushed and recommendations are always on point. I've tried multiple items on the menu and everything is delicious. The lasagna is my favorite, they have an amazing way of sneaking zucchini in it. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

Thrilled to find this fantastic place in Avon! They really live the farm to table/local ingredients and it was all so delicious. Love the unique menu items as well. The salad with sorbetto is such a lovely, refreshing surprise. The berry lasagna was crispy, not too sweet, creamy! Seafood ravioli rocked! So much delicious lobster and shrimp, the sauce light but full of flavor. The staff was welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. Thank you Lilly and Darren! Such a warm and cozy place. Pomegranate Margarita, try it! Homemade lemoncello to end the night, can't be better.

Visiting for the weekend and made reservations for 7:15. Arrived and we were happily greeted by the owner who seated us immediately. Inside is very warm and inviting, everyone looks like they are enjoying themselves. We started with the burrata with fresh peaches, tomatoes and bread appetizer and it was delicious. Then our waitress surprised us with a complimentary appetizer of mushroom ricotta and balsamic glaze. Also enjoyed a cocktail and bottle of Chianti. For the main course, we ordered the daily special of ricotta and mushroom ravioli and wild boar ragu, lobster ravioli with shrimp and seafood broth, and a traditional bolognese. You know this place is going to be good when you've got the owner greeting everyone and making sure everything is running as it should. The attention to detail at this restaurant is top notch! This is an excellent mountain twist on Italian food. The wine selection is fantastic! We ordered the Tutti spread, Lasagna, and the Pappardelle Bolognese. The Limoncellos at the end of dinner was the cherry on top 👌 Such a nice touch! Good job!! Make reservations ahead of time!! Glad I did because they were busy.

This is now one of my favorite restaurants and I can’t wait to travel back to Colorado to go again. From the moment you are greeted your experience begins. Kyle was our water and he was top notch. He even asked all 5 of our names and then remembered them. The fresh farm to table food was phenomenal. The bolognese was as delicious as in Italy. The lobster ravioli was full of lobster meat Nd flavorful. The unique sorbet salad and the apps did not disappoint. I can’t say enough good things about Fattoria except I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you for the wonderful experience….until next time
