My friend ordered this vegan cake for my birthday and not only was it a beautiful cake, it tasted delicious too! We hardly had any leftovers between the 5 of us because we couldn’t get enough. I’ve also visited FatCatBaking at various pop up stands and their pastries and desserts are ALWAYS delicious. The owner and their team are amazing people and it’s always fun chatting with them, too!

Some of the best baked goods in Syracuse, that are also vegan! Bonus: Megan and Alex are super friendly cool people that are really involved in the community. If you see Fatcat at an event make sure you grab some goodies before they sell out. Pop tarts and Linzer cookies are my personal fav:) The gluten free choc chip cookies are also pure magic.

I wish I could give more stars! We ordered a mermaid themed smash cake and 30 cupcakes for my daughter’s 8th birthday. It was all perfectly decorated, reasonably priced and Megan was so great about accommodating my youngest daughter’s many food allergies/answering all my questions. The cake and cupcakes were delicious, also. We will be ordering again! Thanks so much. (we added the candles in the photo below)

Fatcat Baking is awesome! The owners Megan and Alex are the sweetest people you could ever meet. All of their baked goods are 5 star and vegan. I first tried them at the CNY Regional Market in Syracuse this summer. They will be there every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month through October. You can also place orders online from them on their website at anytime. I have had their pretzels, whoopie pies, scones, carrot cake and cupcakes, brownies, babka, energy balls and everything was superb! I can't get enough of her carrot cake. The best carrot cake I ever had! Megan ranks up there with the top bakers in the country. She is that talented. Even if you are not vegan you will love her baked goods.
