I can't even begin to explain how delicious this food is. If you're looking for an absolute hunger buster for your day by the river, look no further.. From the smoked to perfection meats and homemade sauces to the delicious fried pickles, this place has my whole heart. catch a vibe and some tasty grub!

Not family friendly. Food was good, staff were friendly and efficient, music was horrible techno beats blaring directly at the 2 picnic tables while one of the staff vaped and another smoked next to us. They do not serve any drinks, but you can buy bottled beverages next door at a high price. Tons of drunk cussing campers. River is visble behind tent area but not accessible. Good for those camping here or passing by on the river. Not somewhere to go otherwise.

Some friends and I stopped by over the weekend for a dip in the river and a bite to eat at FBG. The food was out of this world. I had the hellfire cheesteak, was juicy and full of flavor. One person I brought was visiting from Virginia and couldn't believe the quality of the food. Bring your visitors for a real Texas experience, you won't regret it!

I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—loaded with rich, savory flavor and clearly made fresh to order. Every bite was delicious! The fried pickles were just as impressive—perfectly crispy with a flavorful breading that didn’t overpower the pickle. You could tell everything was made with care. The atmosphere was also a huge highlight. It’s so relaxing to sit right on the river while you eat. Peaceful views, great food, and a chill vibe—what more could you want? Can’t wait to come back!

Best Philly Cheesesteak I’ve had in TX, and I’ve tried many places. Food is consistently good as we’ve been here multiple times this summer. Atmosphere is nice for Sunday lunch. No idea what it’s like during “party times”. Staff is very friendly.
