Came across the food truck at the car show... simply amazing! If you can not choose then get the 3 meat sandwich. Has brisket, pulled pork and sausage!!!

I stopped by today and got brisket and ribs to go. The brisket was proper Texas brisket rubbed with a coarse seasoning. The fat was rendered beautifully, like candy. The ribs were fall off the bone and delicious! The star of the show for me was the banana pudding. I've been on keto for months and it was well worth cheating to experience such perfection. It's not your standard banana pudding, it's far more rich and thick compared to regular pudding. Pro tip: eat it first 😉

I’ll go miles to support local businesses. This place is something that reminds you home. Stan and his daughter are nice people. Good conversation few jokes and good vibe. Brisket is delicious. Got lucky came at the end of the day and just look at the size of my tacos. Yes I’ll be back. Also plenty parking for bobtail truck if you’re trucker. Thank you guys.

Excellent BBQ at reasonable prices. The chopped brisket sandwich was top tier, the potato salad was awesome, and yes; the banana pudding absolutely lives up to the hype. I was really impressed with the food all around. The atmosphere is down to earth with a back porch feel that's very inviting. It feels like you're at a neighbor's house and you can let loose which is a nice change from the stuffy SA attitude. We loved this spot and we'll definitely be back for more.

Great BBQ! Blink and you'll miss it...but well worth the drive. Had the chopped brisket sandwich--a good amount of meat that was very moist and tasty. Sauce was tangy and very good, too. The prices are great...and do NOT miss the banana pudding...some of the best I've ever had. Very fluffy and sweet...and it has the nilla wafers in it, too. Will definitely be back.
