Awful experience! I placed my order on ubereats. The burrito simply had nothing. Not a single topping, I called the store immediately and the staff on call was atrociously rude. "They were all out of toppings" that's all she told me. They didn't even have the sauce. This kind of behaviour after such awful service is unacceptable. And this is not the first time this had happened.

First and last, did not even eat the food. Walked in, no one available to help had to call out multiple times to get some assistance. Ordered a big burrito thinking it would have good portioning of protein. Instead I essentially got a rice burrito. The portion for protein is brutal for the cost of 16 dollars. I also noted the food prep looked like it had been sitting far too long. This prompted me to Google the place, came to find they let their meat sit out side on the sidewalk. What can I say folks, avoid this place. Poor service, poor food quality, portions and unsafe prep. I tossed the burrito and that's a life lesson learned. Not trying to be a Karen but I'm blown away by this.

I visited Fat Bastard Burrito at 1379 London Road today and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The store manager deserves special appreciation — she was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly elevated the whole experience. I ordered the Roasted Chicken Big Wrap, and it was honestly one of the best wraps I’ve had. The ingredients were fresh, the flavours were bold, and the portion size was absolutely worth it. The wrap was perfectly balanced, well-stuffed, and served hot — exactly the way it should be. Overall, great staff, great service, and great food. Highly recommended! 👌🌯🔥

Honestly, this place is a total game-changer on the fast-food scene. The menu might be familiar, but the execution is on a whole other level. The flavors are bold, the ingredients are fresh, and you can tell they put genuine care into every crunchy bite. Plus, the staff are just the friendliest bunch you could ask for. It's got all the convenience of a chain with the heart of a local favorite. Five stars, hands down!"

Very disappointing experience. The food was bad — bland, poorly made, and honestly not fresh. The burrito was falling apart and not worth the price at all. What made things worse was the service. The server appeared intoxicated and was struggling to understand basic English, which made it very difficult to place a simple order. Multiple things were misunderstood, and nothing was corrected properly. Overall, this place lacks professionalism, food quality, and proper customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant and won’t be returning.
