Farrelli's Pizza

6th Ave location. Nice big location!! Friendly attentive staff!! Lotsa tv's for all the games!! And, ohhhh by tge way, great food!!!!

Great pizza and food selection. Alcoholic drink is strong, but tea is bland. Staff is approachable and smiley. Service could be slow at times. View is amazing. Street level outdoor, indoor with booths and upper deck sitting is available. There's a bar with high chairs.

I placed an order for four large pizzas for a family birthday dinner last Friday. I ordered ahead so it would be ready when I needed it, and took advantage of their buy 3 large, get 1 "free" offer. Turns out free is not really free, it's a $28 credit on the 4th pizza, which doesn't cover anything other than a plain cheese pizza, so false advertising at best. I ordered a deluxe w/carmelized onions & no olives. Got a standard deluxe with lots of olives & no carmelized onions. Ordered a NW Traditional which was too spicy to eat. My son & his girlfriend order this regularly, and they said it was way spicier than usual and didn't enjoy it at all. Our mouths were on fire. I also ordered an entree Ceasar salad to "share". They should be embarrassed that they charge $13+ for a tiny tray of lettuce

We asked for a pizza to be well done, Even right before hanging up, I said I said well done right and she goes, “yes you did”. But somehow, our pizza was so floppy it was basically raw. 😭 also, I don’t know what happened with the crust, but maybe that was part of the problem to it was so thin there was nothing to it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering for Ellie‘s again considering this was the third time now this has happened so it’s not just a one off 😭

I have eaten at several good pizzerias in Tacoma, but Farelli's has become my go-to place when I get in the mood for a pizza. The location is convenient, the people friendly, and the pizza is always good, with a crisp crust and tasty toppings. The price is decent, It's not the cheapest in town, but then I have decided that the ubiquitous chain pizza places aren't worth the extra dollar or two I'd save, let along they don't have dine-in options anymore. Only pickup and delivery. Farelli's has a cozy atmosphere and a bar for the people who like that kind of thing. They also have interesting specials that are tempting, just to try. I haven't been disappointed.
