Terrible communication- never answered the phone or returned voicemails or emails! Had to cancel our two rooms because I had a broken arm and couldn’t travel, and wanted to give them the opportunity to rebook it. But they never called me back nor the booking agent I went through! Very disappointed! Not to mention I’m out $800

Had a fantastic stay. Room was great and a fair price for all the space and amenities. Peter was a wonderful host and also went food (seafood, cheese, bread, wine and desserts) shopping with him in the Bronx little Italy. It made our whole stay for a family function fantastic and memorable. This is the reason we travel!

I have psychiatric disabilities and I have stayed in many hotels and few bnb rooms. The price and location, for me, was second to none. The ability to have a large private room, large bathroom, access to full kitchen, free parking, kind welcoming service and check-in, virtually no loud disturbing noises from other guest, and clean above anywhere I have ever stayed, this is no brainer. The area offers little to no other options. Peter was great! The one thing I would say that might be something Peter could add would be maybe a small map of places close by and parking that is available in the area. The owner is the kindest man. Despite the check in being between specific hours, the owner was able to give us the keys at our late arrival. We had a room in the lower level- fully renovated. Beds were comfortable, clean, the shower was to die for. Clean towels were given to us upon arrival. We had to park a street over, but that was only a 2 min walk. Definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I just stayed with Peter and when I say the reviews saying it’s like staying with family, that is completely accurate. He was so welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect for our sleepy hallow adventure. Next time we will have to take him up on visiting little Italy for a tour!
