Fanci Freez Burgers and Shakes

Overall OK. Not quite the fancy freeze experience we were used to in downtown. Lacked nostalgia and professionalism. They were out of vanilla ice cream for my wife’s cone and gave her chocolate instead. Somehow they found vanilla ice cream for all of the shakes? Three or four teenagers were frantically running around the front messing with each other in an unprofessional way. multiple customers walking in and not being acknowledged. The place felt like it really needed an adult. Lol. Ice cream was good though. Not sure I’d go back.

Not usually one to leave a review of any kind but the fact that I asked for new fries after trying a few and they turned out to be rock hard and cold, and then received the pictured amount of fries for a $5 large fry is wild to me. Service was fine, the young man working the window was cool about it but this is absurd. Then I get home to find the sundae we ordered is just ice cream, no nuts or fudge. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

They were struggling with the shell dip today. I didn't mind the mess but it tasted oddly enough like bread? No cherry and not sweet. The staff was friendly when they were helping but it takes a long time to be greeted. Not sure we'll visit this location anytime soon.

Ordered a burger and fries and 2 shakes via drive thru. When I got home, I noticed my birthday cake shake had chocolate chips in it? The burger was pretty dry and more pickles than burger. I threw out half the burger and attempted to finish my shake, hoping there was one or two chips mistakenly in the shake. Nope. The entire bottom half was a huge cookie dough ball. I should have made cookies. I had to throw that out too.
