Family Pools and Spas did a fantastic job on my in-ground pool. They've transformed my backyard into a vacation paradise and now l never have to leave my house!

I called to have them send out a technician to help me with my pool heater. The woman on the phone said we were out of their service area however she walked me threw some steps to try and if that didn’t work to call her back. Well it worked and I haven’t had issues in last three days. These employees and owners were very helpful, and thoughtful for saving me time and money. Thank you and I’ll be stopping in to buy my chemicals from now on. Thank you

This is a great company to go through. Becky goes above and beyond making sure all of your questions are answered, showing how to use the equipment, helping to get things set up, and making sure you feel comfortable in what you are doing. Being a first time pool owner can be intimidating, and Becky goes out of her way to ensure a great experience, along with the security of knowing she will not just sell you a pool then abandon you. Her knowledge and expertise in this area, along with her friendly personality, really put me at ease. I cannot say enough good thing about this company!
