Fairlea Farm Bed & Breakfast

We stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was FABULOUS. My 4 year old is still talking about this trip, the donkeys and the breakfasts almost a month later. The family suite is amazing if you have kids and it’s so close to everything. They also had a highchair and a pack n play all set up for us. It was a perfect weekend away and we look forward to staying again!

Susan and Walt run the most charming B&B. You feel at home from the first moment you step inside their quaint inn. The hosts’ knowledge of the town and surrounding area help you craft the perfect getaway, whether you’re in town for hiking, dining, or anything else.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at Fairlea BnB. There was nothing that wasn't fantastic about the experience. The hosts, Susan and Walt, were extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom off our room was incredible and perfectly clean.||We stayed here because we had a reservation at The Inn. We decided to walk over. It was a pleasant and easy 8 min walk. ||In the morning, Susan laid out an incredible spread of breakfast delights. Fresh fruit, something I would call a cobbler, but I think she had a different name, mini quiches, a hot potato casserole type thing, muffins... the list goes on. Everything was fantastic.||We would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful bed and breakfast. The setting is gorgeous. The hosts are superb . It is also in walking distance to The Inn in Little Washington. I highly recommend booking a stay at this fabulous bed and breakfast.

Fairlea Farm was such a pleasant stay. Walt and Susan are great hosts, and their home is beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone in town for the Inn, or just for a weekend get away. Very easy to walk right into Washington, and convenient to many wineries, and other attractions near by. The breakfast is incredible, so much so, that we purchased a cookbook from Susan! This was our first stay, but it certainly won’t be our last.
