⸻ I went to a seafood restaurant and ordered a burger — and I’m glad I did. I visited the Fairhaven Oyster with a group, and since I don’t eat seafood, I was happy to see a hamburger on the menu. The burger and fries were very good. The fries were slightly saltier than I prefer, but still tasty and well-prepared. The burger was cooked exactly to the requested temperature and seasoned nicely, making for a flavorful patty. The bun was toasted, the toppings were fresh, and everything came together well. To complement the burger, I had a Sea Hag draft, a local brew that paired perfectly with my meal. It was a great match — especially for a hamburger enjoyed at a seafood restaurant. The dining area is a bit small, but it was comfortably heated during the cold weather, making for a pleasant

Came up for a day trip from NYC and had dinner at Fair Haven Oyster Co., and it was outstanding. Great waterfront atmosphere, friendly service, and the food was top notch from start to finish. We started with a few oysters, which were delicious, followed by a clam tartare that ended up being the dish of the night—so much flavor and perfectly executed. For my main, I had the sole stuffed with shrimp and brioche, and it was another winner. Such a great meal in a beautiful setting. I’ll definitely be back

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too. My fiancé and I love this place. The menu is very intentional, interesting, and small. The food is consistently divine… like it cannot be understated how good it is. When we go, we spend about $100 on 24 oysters, $60 on 4 drinks, and another $80 on other foods. With tip, we expect to pay around $300. The wait staff has always been kind, knowledgeable and attentive. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the baked clams with gochujang butter. I would go to war for that dish, it is so so freaking good. I recommend ordering at least one per person. The grilled caesar salad is also to die for. You will not regret getting that either, it is oh so delicious! The cocktails are strong. Definitely alcohol forward for the ones we tried. They

Truly one of the best dining experiences I have had in quite some time. Beautifully rustic cozy in door seating, including a nice bar and stunning deck seating over looking the river. Our intention was not to get ribs, but when we were seated we were told there was only one order left if we were interested which of course made us interested so we had them and I am so glad we did. They were tender, and juicy and sticky, everything you would want in a rib. We also ordered a few appetizers and the items were coursed out nicely by our server. The roasted little neck clams, a small app for sure, were perfection, they were tender and the flavoring was present but not overpowering the clam. Have never had clam toast and was curious to try. It was a large piece of very toasty, crusty bread c

If I could give 10 stars I would do it easily. The food and the service were exceptional. I had the shrimp served over polenta. My girlfriend had the whole fried dorade which she absolutely loved. For dessert we had the angel food cake and it was absolutely delicious. The service at this restaurant was exceptional just like the food. Lastly the restaurant had magnificent views, they have a deck where you can get some really great water views. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
