Everything Noodles

I recently visited a newly opened Asian noodle restaurant in El Segundo, and I was seriously impressed. We tried a few different bowls, and each one had its own distinct flavor. The broth on the ramen was rich and comforting without being overly heavy. The chashu was tender, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked with a creamy yolk. The fresh bean sprouts and green onions added a nice crunch and balance. We also ordered a dry-style noodle bowl with sliced pork, dumplings, and crispy garlic. The combination of textures was excellent — juicy meat, springy noodles, and crunchy toppings all worked really well together. The flavors were bold but not overwhelming. This place just opened today, but I was looking forward to a new noodle place in El Segundo. They did a nice job with the interior and it is very cozy. The owner was super nice and recommended a simple soup with thin rice noodles and meatballs, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I also got the hot ginger honey tea and it was spicy and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu.

We are so incredibly lucky to live close to this new spot. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth—the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which makes the whole dining experience feel special. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming right after opening their doors. As for the food, "Everything Noodles" lives up to the name and then some. Every dish we tried was authentic, fresh, and remarkably delicious. You can tell they really care about the quality of their ingredients, yet the menu remains very well-priced. It’s clear this place is going to be a massive hit in El Segundo. We are already planning our next visit (and many more after that). Lowkey shocked this place isn’t packed yet. Everything Noodle just opened and it’s honestly one of the most versatile noodle spots I’ve seen in the area. They’re not locked into one cuisine. They do Thai, Korean, Japanese ramen, pho, and even Italian pasta… which sounds random, but somehow it works. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it was amazing… super creamy broth, rich flavor, and a serious portion size for the price. Easily competes with (and honestly beats) some of the more established ramen spots nearby. My girlfriend got the chicken pho and absolutely demolished it, which says everything 😂.
