Evergreen Gyros

The gyros were incredibly flavorful and tasted truly authentic. Service was fast, and the owner even came by to chat with us, which was a really nice touch. My dad ordered the lamb and beef gyro, while I tried the spicy version and both were excellent. We also shared the garlic fries, which were easily some of the best fries I’ve ever had: piping hot, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. They paired really well with the wide variety of sodas and smoothies available. I also appreciated that the meat is halal certified and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for a quick, delicious meal, and I’d highly recommend stopping by if you’re ever in Olympia.

Just discovered this perfect hole-in-the-wall. Only tried sides - falafel with tzatziki, and Greek fries (feta and tzatziki) - but both were absolutely incredible, and we will definitely be back on a date night for some gyros! Clean, simple, attractive interior, and did I mention the food was amazing?!?

IT'S GREAT - PERIOD!!! *This isn't Arby's or some chain gyro conglomerate* (aka get out of your introverted comfort zone & order inside - even if it's to go) Workers are extremely chill, real, and respectful. First time in the place & the owner comes out from the kitchen to talk to me while I'm waiting. I'm an awkward guy & small talk isn't my strong suit. He was undeterred & had humility (actively listening) when asking questions about my life. There was a moment in the conversation when he got upwhile he was talking, grabbed a napkin & started grabbing garbage off the floor. This man has deep humility & a genuine care for this community. We ordered catering for a large event of 150 people. This was the second year we ordered Evergreen Gyros for our catered event and we were so pleased with our whole experience. The business has recently changed ownership, but the new owners were very proactive in the transition and ensuring we were squared away with everything we needed. The delivery and setup process was smooth and quick, with the staff ensuring everything was kept warm. We chose the build your own gyro with chicken and falafel as the proteins, and everything was delicious! We would highly recommend them for event catering and we will be returning next year for our next event.

Ordered for a large group and everything was excellent. Packaged nicely, huge servings, hot and fresh. My guests raved about the food and absolutely loved it. This establishment is fantastic, cares about the quality of food they serve and took great care of me. Will be a customer again and again!
