European Market and Bakery

What a great market! I went in with my wife and loved the selection!! The pierogies are amazing! We will be back!

My experience was that I went in with my boyfriend looking for pastries or breads that were baked fairly fresh, as it does say bakery. They didn’t greet us, just glanced at us which is fine. I don’t care. They didn’t end up having any baked goods, which is weird because it’s a bakery, but that’s fine. I don’t care, there are other bakeries. I started caring when I went to the register to ask if there was any other European bakeries they knew of with pastries and such and I stood there for about 10 minutes being completely ignored. Both ladies working were European, maybe Russian and both customers were also European and speaking to eachother in their language. Amazing variety of deli meats, dried fish, sauces, snacks, seasonings, etc. The highlight for me was finding perogies for my fiancee. She is from Pennsylvania, where perogies are very common. Hard to find in the midwest. There is so much to explore and taste test at this store. I see myself coming back often. The staff was also very kind and polite.

Unfriendly, was not greeted...charged wrong and blamed a machine for over charging a extra $6. Got my money back. But a little English would be appreciated...zero knowledge of anything else that was said. Wont be coming back.

I can’t ever pass on this European store. Lots of sweet options and they always have fresh bread!
