Eureka!

My Fav Restaurant. I love their Wagyu burger, Chicken Nachos, Fish Tacos and for dessert bourbon Cake with vanilla ice cream. Atmosphere is very good but Customer service needs to be better because after getting our table I keep looking for server to take order.

For lunchner, we checked out the Hoppy Hour (Happy Hour at some places but if we had a bar, we’d call it Hoppy Hour too due to the selection of IPAs that we’d be serving) where a small selection of beers including the Strike Two Seam IPA and Fremont Dark Star Imperial Oatmeal Stout were at $6 each. We also ordered the Eureka! Burger ($13) and the Mac N Cheese Balls ($8) which were discounted during Hoppy Hour as well. The beers were actually quite good. Thankful that the HH IPA was actually a hoppy one with lingering aftertaste. Likewise, the Imperial Stout was smooth and intense coffee chocolatey notes. For the Eureka! Burger... They serve good food. Will be back for sure to try other food on their menu. I like my burger with blue cheese. Their fish and chips is one of the best for me. The lavender tea is not too sweet which I like, sweet peach tea is good too. Their selection of beers are good too.

The other day my husband and I had fun dining at the bar. The food we ordered was delicious and what made our dining experience even better is ordering cocktails and watching bartender Hank making them. Hank was friendly, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about cocktails. He was working with energy and professionalism. After asking what we liked, Hank recommended we order Pineapple Tequila Sour and Strawberry Lychee Martini. Both cocktails were spot on delicious! We had fun watching Hank make other cocktails. Service and food were impeccable. Great burguer and fries. The wine options were also great. The music is loud so I do not recommend it for a more than 2 people table. They allow you to change the protein type for the burguer.
