Eugene's Sausage & Fries at Eavesdrop Brewery

Stopped by Eugene’s Sausage & Fries and it did not disappoint. The German Dog paired perfectly with truffle fries and an Eavesdrop Brewing Company Kölsch. Customer service was fast and friendly, and the food came out in under 15 minutes. The presentation looked like something straight out of a food magazine—absolutely scrumptious and highly recommend! 🌭🍟🍺

This place was an absolute blast! The food was excellent, and the environment was welcoming. While I only tried 2 things on the menu, everything offered looked delicious! I fully intend to go back and try more. The bratwurst was cooked perfectly and had more than enough toppings, the loaded fries were to die for, and they had a good selection of beverages to choose from. Plus, if you wanted anything else, the brewery next door provided further options. All in all, it's an excellent place to go for good food, a relaxing atmosphere, and some truly amazing events.

Really enjoyed this place. Nice atmosphere. Great beer menu. Hot dogs, sausages, and fries were really good. Got the El Diablo, half smoked southerner, danger dog, pastrami fries, and chili cheese fries. I'd recommend all of them, except however, personal preference, the bacon jam was too sweat, so I'd probably not get the danger dog again. Also, not sure if the dogs/sausages always get served on a pretzel roll or if they just ran out of the regular rolls but the pretzel rolls were perfect and delicious. This place was great.

Went to place on our way back from a hike at old rag. Didn't expect a nice outdoor brewery area with games and great food. Went for just Eugene's Sausages. We got three of the menu dogs. All three were great. Southern hospitality was one of them. We also got chili fries and the elote fries. Both of these were also amazing and the sauces they had were great. The spicy thousand island and cilantro garlic aioli. Would definitely return if in the area. Only complaint was the side was same price as hot dog. I figured fries would be a little cheaper for the size.

I placed a pickup order via DoorDash for which was confirmed. When I arrived, the staff told me they don’t accept DoorDash pickup orders. The item I ordered wasn’t even on the menu anymore. An employee mentioned the owner has known about this issue for quite some time but never fixed it. To make matters worse, they had no way to refund me—I had to sort that out myself. If the owner is aware, this really needs to be addressed. Overall, a frustrating experience.
