I had terrible experience here. The manager i think told me i had to order from the menu no substitution. When I asked him about it he mumbled and then went away doing his work and ignored me. I used to come here regularly as the sandwiches are good, but now its creepy to me. Oh, I posted on yelp and corporate apologized and sent me a code for free sandwich. When I went to use it at same location they said it didn't work and made me pay. I felt tricked. The workers seem good here but the boss is anti social in my opinion. I wont be taking my office here anymore.

I typically enjoy a good sandwich from here (they have yummy gluten-free bread)! Ordered lunch for 12 co-workers here and they seemed a bit overwhelmed with door dash and our order. I had to double check we had all the sandwiches and that they didn’t forget anything.. they left out a sandwich, did not clearly label a gluten free sandwich as such and then added ranch to a sandwich that asked for none. Also, two of the staff members were not wearing gloves while making/handling making sandwiches which grossed me out..

Always good. Fast and friendly. Love the raging bull sandwich and carrot cake.

I ordered a bread bowl… this is what was delivered. I called and the lady that answered had a difficult time speaking. I said I wanted to be refunded and she said it’s only $3.00. You can drive over and pick it up. I said that seems a little ridiculous since I placed the order for delivery. Do you want to talk to a manager. I said yes and then she said oh the manager is not here he will call you and then hung up.

I went in today and I must say the type of customer service I got was amazing!!! Didn’t get her name but was a short Hispanic lady!! She went above and beyond to help me find some jalapeños chips(she went to the back to check) also her attitude was just amazing!!!
