Erbert and Gerberts

The Erbert & Gerbert’s inside the Coborn’s in Sartell is always a great stop. The team works fast, I never have to wait long for my order, and they always have every menu option available. I’ve never had a bad experience here — everything is consistent, fresh, and smooth from start to finish. Definitely a top-notch choice for any lunch break.

Seriously… Today (02/01/25), I went to get the ‘Beacon’ sub for lunch and this is what I received. Just a clump of meat in the middle. I don’t even understand how someone who is trained to make SANDWHICHES of all things can classify this is worthy of a $11 sub. This is ridiculous.

Food was the same as any E&B but the service is horrible. The girls in drive through are so rude!! They act like we were bothering them by coming to the window to pay for our order. So much attitude and we were the ones that said thank you and have a nice day! Seems like a lot of the other reviews have mentioned how unfriendly and rude their workers are. We will not come back to this location. This is not the first time this has happened at this Sartell location.

I never expected to open up my sandwich and have flashbacks to 7th grade lunch time. My $10 sandwich legitimately looked like something you’d expect from a elementary school. There was a couple of thin slices of meat, complete with a spatter of lettuce and barely enough sauce to consider it a topping (see photo). What a joke. Needless to say, this “full” sandwich did not fill me up. How can this franchise continue to operate with quality so low?!
