Erbellis Gourmet Pizzeria , Italian Bistro, and Pub has an extensive menu. So extensive it can be hard to read. Very broad selection. Choose from pasta, pizza, salads, and other entrees. Service extremely attentive with food and drinks brought in a timely manner. Gluten free pizza slightly overcooked, making it very crunchy. Sandwiches ok. Quirk that men’s and women’s bathrooms not adjacent but well signed.

Edit: I was contacted by Erbellis to make it right. They reviewed the pictures and agreed the pizzas were over-cooked. They are mailing us a refund and have made notes in their system to cook our pizzas for a shorter amount of time to avoid burning. I appreciate when a company has good customer service! We are SO disappointed. Our pizzas arrived burned. We called and asked for our pizzas to be re-made. They made replacement pizzas and these were also burned. I would have expected some money refunded for our inconvenience, but we were not. $75 order and usually our favorite pizza in town. I am not sure we will be back!

I had the Molokai pizza. It had a perfect balance of flavors and cooked to perfection. It has on it, chicken, red onion, pineapple with BBQ sauce with a hint of sweetness. I would highly recommend trying it.

I ordered food for my family tonight. We ordered pastas, salads, pizza and a wrap. To start with we ordered a gluten free spaghetti, my daughter in-law has celiac. The food wasn't marked gluten free. The lettuce was super soggy and brown, they forgot the dressing, they were not edible. The quality of the rest of the food was terrible, no cheese on the pasta, paid for chicken, no chicken. The pizza was under cooked. I called the restaurant and found out the gluten-free garlic bread wasn't gluten-free and we weren't sure on the spaghetti. When I called they didn't offer to replace or try to fix anything. Definitely will not go back.
