Entourage Yearbooks

Writing to share a different kind of review for Entourage and their level of customer service. Our town was devastated by the Palisades Fire of January 2025, and many of us lost our homes and everything in them, including all of our kids' yearbooks. Entourage has provided free replacement yearbooks to families who want them, and our contact, William, made ordering very easy. At a time of so much loss, I am beyond grateful for the generosity and thoughtfulness Entourage has shown. What a bright light to reclaim that piece of my kids' history through the kindness of Entourage. As to actual yearbook production, I only worked on one of the yearbooks in question, several years ago as the secondary rep for our class, but do recall that we were very pleased with the process and with the finished

It is not usual that I write a google review. (I think I have written two only) But, I HAVE to write one concerning Entourage Yearbooks and the GREAT customer service that they provide. Three years ago, I began as Yearbook Advisor for my school. C.J. White is my account manager and the senior account manager, Alexandra VonBreil have been so very helpful and always answer any question I have with an immediate email, and a virtual meeting if so needed. It isn't uncommon to receive an email from both of them just "seeing how I am coming along with the yearbook." I am so happy with Entourage. They make publishing the school yearbook enjoyable and the software they have is super easy to use. Five stars for Entourage Yearbooks!

My experience has been phenomenal with Entourage! They have been super helpful with getting me started and keep in touch with you along the process of building a yearbook. As a first year yearbook advisor, they have walked me through the process of getting up and running with an account, sent goodies to get us motivated and get the word out that a yearbook is coming and and check in to make sure everything is going well. Definitely recommend Entourage!

Our schools experience has been phenomenal. The staff is incredible understanding, helpful, and genuinely eager to help! We are so lucky to have found Entourage and be able to work with them to create our yearbook every year.
