Enjoy Bowl

Walking into this place the first thing you will notice is that it is very simple. There are six stills that line two of the walls with a communal table in the center. I am warning you ahead of time that the tables and stools are not tall people friendly. Moving on, this place is not for people who have no patience. However for those of you who appreciate the time it takes to make great food then you will be right at home. I got the Tonkotsu with pork belly and opted for the very spicy level. There are layers of flavor in this broth. The noodles have a great chew and the more I dug through this dish I discovered more spice. It wasn’t spicy for me but it was enjoyable. I also went with their pork belly bun. It had a great flavor and it was incredibly tender. My final choice was the edamame

Arrived there and ordered for pickup on a rainy Saturday evening— probably my mistake but this business is severely understaffed! There were only two people working and I waited 15 minutes to place my order then 30 more minutes for my food. Ramen was good but not worth the wait despite the accolades on the wall.

Ordered for delivery. The Uber Eats driver was awesome. The food, not so much. Greasy broth, only comes with half an egg, thankfully I paid fpr an extra, and the noodles were rock hard. Sad, b3cause I live close by, but got much better quality and quantity for $10 less delivered in Santa Barbara not too long ago, so won't be a repeat customer at this establishment.

Small simple Japanese Ramen and Poke! Very tasty! My husband really enjoyed #3 Ramen with black garlic oil and I had the Citurs Salmon Poke. Also very tasty. Reminded me of the small Ramen stops in Japan. A place to grab a quick tasty lunch. Seating is little stools with counters.

Authentic review: let’s start off with the good food amazing every time you will not be disappointed. Service: the workers are old school expect that behavior they are a little salty but they are cool Advice: know what you want before ordering and don’t be picky just take it as it is and if they seem rude just know that’s just them I swear they aren’t that bad aside from that everything in there seems clean I love eating here
