If I could give zero stars I would !! Absolutely terrible food and service here, I spent $50 for one hotdog , 1 French fries 10 piece chicken wings , you could Break your teeth on A small cheese pizza, took 2 1/2 hours, 2 separate trips , everything was COLD ENFIELD PIZZA blamed the rain ! What would they do during a snowstorm? The waitress in training who answered the phone said she would give me a five dollar credit , I laughed , when I spent $50. when I asked to speak to an owner or a manager. The guy who picked up my call said he was the manager ,he replied , call back tomorrow and speak to the owner, Another call , mind you the same guy I spoke to before now Claiming he’s the owner stay clear. Used to LOVE Enfield Pizza. Ordered there once a week when I lived in Thompsonville. I believe they are under new ownership or management as of about a year or two ago? Either way, I ordered a Cold Cut Wrap that was DRENCHED in Mayo (I asked for no mayo) and was missing lettuce and tomato. Couldn’t eat the thing it was gross. Ordered a large salad, and they used to be one of my favorite places to order salad from, and the cucumbers looked like they were 3 years old, lettuce was brown, and the extra peppers request was ignored. My girlfriend ordered a pepperoni and onion pizza. She got an onion pizza. How do you forget pepperoni?! Not impressed at all. Very disappointed to see one of my favorite spots go SO down hill. So sad. Won’t be going back.

We placed an online order for a BLT club and clearly wrote "no cheese" in the order notes. Unfortunately, the sandwich arrived with cheese on it. We called to have the issue corrected since we needed a replacement delivered. Not only did we not receive an apology, but we were also charged for the replacement sandwich. I'm not someone who expects free items or special treatment, but when an order note is overlooked and the customer is required to pay to fix that mistake - without even an acknowledgment of the error — it's frustrating and disappointing. The situation could have been handled much better with simple accountability and basic customer service.

I've ordered from here a couple of times now and been happy with all my orders. I ask for them to bake it a little longer to make it crispier and it comes out exactly how I want. It's still not NY style (my fav) or New Haven, but it's a lot better than a lot of the other options in this area. And their pizza prices are not through the roof like some of these other places.

The Chicken Parm was delivered to my Hotel hot, and was the best Chicken Parm I've ever eaten! Never been disappointed with Enfield Pizza, just pleasantly surprised. My Girlfriend ordered an Artichoke small Pizza, and she loved it as well! We travel up here to Dog Shows from Long Island, and Enfield Pizza never disappoints!
