Eminent Coffee Roasters has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots, both for their exceptional beans and their warm, welcoming café. You can tell from the first sip that they take their craft seriously—their beans are roasted with real care, offering rich, balanced flavors that easily rival (and often surpass) much larger specialty roasters. Whether you prefer a bold, chocolatey espresso or a bright, fruity pour-over, they’ve got something you’ll love. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to recommend something new. It’s the kind of place where you can relax with a book, catch up with friends, or get some work done with a great cup of coffee by your side. Eminent has the best coffee in St. Joseph and Waite Park. Their cappuccinos and espressos never disappoint. I highly recommend stopping in! Josh, the owner, is passionate about coffee and will teach anyone who wants to learn more. The pastries are from the local bakery, Flour & Flower, which has been ranked in The New York Times as a top bakery in the U.S.

Met the founder Josh at Backwards Bread last week where he had his pop-up coffee stand to sample some his glorious brews! I ordered what I’d say is now one of my best tasting latte’s in central Minnesota. I have tried many different coffee roasteries in Minnesota, and Eminent is by far the best! I have been ordering beans from here for almost 3 years and the roast quality is always consistently excellent.

Best coffee that I’ve found in MN!! My husband and I love trying every coffee shop that crosses our path and by far Eminent coffee has them all knocked out of the park! Josh does an amazing job!
