Emilio Finatti Pizzeria - White Rock

I just visited Emilio Finatti White Rock! If I could give them 100 stars & go on and on about everything Emilio Finatti I would. This is some BOMB pizza! This is truly the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. Wow is the best word I have to describe their pizza! Hands down, the best pizza experience in White Rock. Cannot overstate how good this was. Emilio Finatti’s is simply pizza heaven in Surrey! It takes mastery to make a pizza that's beyond great, and Emilio Finatti achieves that. This is a real place for real pizza, where tradition and mastery combine to create something unforgettable. Every bite is a testament to the artistry of pizza-making. Hair in multiple slices.. We ordered a regular cheese pizza today and unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience. We found a hair baked into one of the slices, between the cheese and the dough. Since it was our second-last slice, we tried to brush it off and move on. However, when we went to eat the final slice, there was another hair baked into that piece as well. At that point, we returned to the store to ask for a refund. Finding hair in multiple slices also made us wonder whether the other slices had hair in them as well. While speaking with staff, we noticed that none of the four employees working were wearing hair nets, which is a food safety concern. This experience was extremely disappointing.

What a delicious pizza. I had "the Godfather" and it was amazing. Bread was nice and just crispy enough. The pizza had its subtle hints of spice only to be met with a brilliantly honey drizzled crust at the end of the slice. I paired my pizza with a sauce called "Inferno" and it was perfect. The sauce wasn't unnecessarily spicy; just enough to give a kick while still presenting a delightful flavour profile. We had our order taken by, and were served by, a young person named Ethan who knew the menu, gave insightful recommendations, and created a very pleasant dining experience for myself and my wife. Definitely will be trying out more menu items very soon!

I ordered their Montrealer pizza online today, and suffice to say it's one of the best pizzas I can ever remember having. I remember years ago talking to the owner and how they source high quality ingredients and it's awesome to see they still live up to that standard. Their online ordering is simple and easy through the third party they use, with affordable customization options. The garlic dip I got with it was equally amazing. I didn't care for the honey on the crust, but that's more my preference and I'll simply ask them not to put it on the next time I order it, but if you don't like mixing sweet on your pizza just be advised. I can totally see other people loving it though. You love to see a local guy run a business like this and do it so well. Cheers mate, this was awesome.

One if the beat pizza m i ever had in Canada and staff is super friendly. The unique flavour is so good that it make me travel 30 kms always but you know what, and it’s worth the travel and money. Highly recommend and must try.
