What a gem! The food was excellent, our server attended to us often, and the atmosphere was very calm and cozy. A piece of sanity in the downtown area with all the bustling college crowds.
We stopped in finally on our 4th trip. Wow it did not disappoint. Sunday brunch. Quaint quiet atmosphere. Perfect service & the food was amazing. We will return often. Also WD met a wonderful family and had a nice chat.
Excellent Sunday brunch! They take reservations if you’re wanting to plan ahead. They also have a nice size room in the back if you have a larger group and want a more private setting. You can’t find this selection of omelettes and eggs Benedict anywhere else. Also, a good selection of brunch drinks.
I hate to give such a negative review because our waiters were truly lovely and every bit deserving of their tip. But man, in no way shape or form is the price (over $100 after tip for two people) worth what you get, at least for dinner. The negative comments about the owners being rude to customers, and having really uncomfortable conversations with each other and staff well within earshot of their patrons are correct, as this was my experience as well. Again, I want to reiterate that the wait staff were truly lovely, and are the reason for the second of this two star review. The husband was rude to just about everyone, and the wife seemed to just completely forget where she was at times. The food was fine, but nowhere near worth the price tag. To be completely honest, I think a lot of th
Incredible dining experience. I have to admit I was skeptical when squeezing the small area past the door. I didn't expect much since it was very busy, understaffed and the only workers there looked like they were in the weeds. All of the skepticism disappeared though when our lovely server promptly brought us drinks and took our brunch order. I had the Classic eggs Benedict and my partner had the Bacon/Mozzarella omelet. All the food was fantastic. The service was outstanding despite the crowd and the drinks were pretty good too. 10 out 10 definitely recommend 👌🏾
