Ellianos Coffee - Waycross

I usually have a great experience when I stop by and grab my coffee every morning, but today was different. The woman handling my order messed up my coffee which is understandable, but as I asked her if she could fix it as I am a paying customer she had the most insane attitude about it and kept on trying to refuse until she ultimately went back and fixed it. When she brought it to me she aggressively handed it. Unacceptable.

I moved from Georgia to Louisiana and whenever I come back to visit my sister, I always make a stop here. I love Ellianos! A hot Venetian Vanilla is my go to but I got a Tuxedo Freezer on this hour summer visit. Everyone's always so nice and helpful. It's a small drive though only spot, but they serve great coffee.

I always get the guilt free freezer; today it was amazing, so was the cashier. However at the Douglas cafe’ location, they have changed the base on the guilt free & it’s awful!! I live in Douglas, but I’ll probably stop my purchases, if the base doesn’t change to the original.

Hi, I stopped by earlier and ordered a black hot coffee, but when I tried it after leaving, it was already cold. Just wanted to let you know in case there was an issue with the machine. Is there any way I can get a replacement next time I stop in? Thanks so much!
