Ellianos Coffee

The food is good if they give you the right food or if the order is prepared as requested. My experience: First trip, great! Made me want to come back and become a regular. Second trip, I get home to find out they gave me an oatmeal raisin cookie instead of the chocolate chip cookie I asked for. I hate oatmeal raisins. So much so I was willing to get in my car and drive ten minutes back to this place to get the correct cookie. Third trip, I requested a blueberry bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese, extra cream cheese. They gave me the right cookies this time. But I get home, get settled in to discover they gave me a bagel that was hard as a brick. I'm livid. So much so I called the wrong store. So I was stuck waiting in line, again, for them to remake my bagel. No there was no offer

Is it good coffee? Yeah, pretty good. Certainly beats DD and the burnt stuff at Starbucks. However, that wait is absolutely insane. Three cars in front of me, it averaged about 5 minutes per car. For coffee. Ridiculous. If they could improve their process where you don't have to wait for 20 minutes for coffee in a drive-thru, this would five stars.

The staff are always very friendly and polite. The food is delicious and the coffee always comes exactly as I ordered it. I prefer to use Ellianos when I’m out and about or on a longer trip. Thanks so much

While I LOVE Ellianos, this one is poorly managed. The windows are always greasy and seldom cleaned, which leaves me to wonder about the insides that aren't visible to customers. The baristas are always full of drama and more concerned about one another than thr growing line of cars outside. Even if you place your order on the app in advance, you will still have to wait at least 10 minutes for your food. If you place an order with a sandwich, even in advance, you guarantee they will have you pull forward and wait for it also. All in all, not a positive experience.

Everytime we go to this location our coffee is made incorrectly and the bagels are hard as a rock. We love Ellianos. We go to the Saint marys location almost everyday but when we are in Kingsland we go to this location. The Saint Marys location always get our order right but this location just can't seem to get it right. We will definitely be sticking to the Saint Marys location from now on.
