Elis River Cafe

Sunday Breakfast splurge at Jan’s River Park Cafe. Just steps from JazzyPigs Wilderness Refuge, we tried this little breakfast and lunch spot for the first time that we drive by each day. We love a good breakfast so we went in and were warmly greeted. We chose to sit at the counter and were quick brought coffees and waters. The waitress was very nice and informative-they had a pretty extensive old school breakfast menu. We had the corn beef hash & cheese 3 egg omelette and the 1/2 order of chipped beef on toast. The omelette came with grits and wheat toast. All were superb-corn beef was cooked perfect and it wasnt greasy. The chipped beef 1/2 order was huge and it was on Texas toast. It was had home fries. Very filling. Coffee was good- your classic diner coffee. We found the prices reason

This is a very nice little cafe with very friendly staff. They are open for breakfast and lunch. I had the fruit bowl and cheese grits, and hubby had the breakfast special it included 2 eggs,biscuits and gravy, bacon, and home fries. The food was delicious. They are also right beside Sweet Jane's, so after you enjoy your meal there, you can go next door and get whoopie pies. Yum

Amazing little breakfast restaurant near Silver Springs State Park. Family oriented with a laid-back, small town atmosphere. The food is always delicious! I recommend arriving early on weekends, especially on Saturday mornings, because it gets busy fast.

Excellent food. A great quality & quantity for the price. The home fries had an amazing seasoning on them. Burgers were cooked to order. We'll be back.

I love the atmosphere of Elis. The owners are beyond nice & creates a positive server/ customer relationship which makes you want to come back for more. They have delicious food for great prices!
