Elevate Bake Shop

Stopped in for a quick morning pastry on our travels through town. Ended up purchasing a ham & cheese croissant, a bear claw and a franzbrotchen. My husband said the croissant was one of the best he’s ever had. I had the bear claw and also agree it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. And believe me, we have had pastries all over the world! Saving the franzbrotchen for an afternoon treat but I’m sure it will be delicious. Also loved the set-up at each table where you could paint a mini watercolor on the white butcher paper table covering. How sweet! We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

OH MY GOODNESS!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST BAKERY I'VE EVER TASTED!! I have traveled ALL over the US visiting bake shops and this BEATS THEM ALL!! I'm SO EXCITED east Idaho has this GEM!! I can't say ENOUGH!! The ham and cheese crossaint and the bear claw was SPECTACULAR! BEST CROSSAINTS EVER!! MOVE OVER UTAH! This place is a MUST TRY!! I may become their #1 fan...LOL!! I about went back in, after ravishing the heated up(ask for it) ham and cheese crossaint in my car, and bought everything it was SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!

You won’t find another bakery like Elevate Bake Shop in Idaho Falls. Elevate Bake Shop sells high quality pastries, croissants, and baked goods. We are glad that we just happened to come in and try them one day. The ham and cheese croissant was amazing as well as cheese and fig pastry. So flaky!The curry hand pie was also very delightful. We will definitely be back to try other pastries. I recommend Elevate Bake Shop.

Tried this awesome bakery today. We got the: Goat cheese and fig danish: excellent flavor, not too sweet. Great breakfast Danish. Bear claw: filled with fresh made almond paste. Absolutely scrumptious. Very flakey and flavorful. Loved the selections.

This is the best butter croissant I have ever had. It is crispy, fluffy and warm, and the quality is so much better than many other famous places where people line up. A must try if you visit Idaho falls.
