Elephant Thai

Today a friend invited me to dinner at a Elephant Thai Restaurant. The atmosphere is calm, nice interior. I ordered eggplant with vegetables and beef stew, the plate looked very appetizing - I really liked the taste of the food. This was my first visit to this restaurant, I will gladly come again.

We drove down from Parker specifically for Vegan Week, and of course Elephant Thai did not disappoint. A favorite of ours whenever we are in the area, they have an extensive vegan menu of delicious options. We tried 4 of the 6 specials offered for Vegan Week; all of which were very flavorful and had a unique twist. From day one, the staff has always been welcoming, cautious of our dietary restrictions, and very kind. We are grateful Elephant Thai has so many options for us to enjoy and make it a point to try something new each time we dine in. I suffer from food allergies and everything on the menu is clearly labeled, so it’s always been an easy time to find something I can eat. We absolutely love Elephant Thai! My husband and I have been coming here for the past five years — even back when they were at their old location — and we have never had a bad meal. Every single dish is consistently flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It’s honestly some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I also have a gluten allergy, and I’ve never once gotten sick from eating here, which says so much about their care and attention to ingredients. It means the world to be able to enjoy incredible food without worrying. The quality, consistency, and flavor keep us coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Been here a few times and the food has been consistently very good. I enjoy the hot ginger drink, spring roll, and yellow curry. A bit pricey but you pay for quality. Will be back!

Very quaint little restaurant that has the best Thai food we have ever had!!! The staff are always friendly and polite 🙏 We love coming here to try new dishes and every time they are so delicious!!!! 🤤 Very fresh and authentic ingredients, a must try!!! ❤️
