Excellent Mexican food. The atmosphere is bright and lively! Customer service is excellent. All the staff that I came in contact with while I entered, while I was seated and as I was leaving were all so friendly and personable. Excellent place for groups, families and even people dining solo. The food is great! I ordered the carnitas plate. My order arrived in about 15 minutes. In the meantime I started filling up on the warm chips, salsa and creamy bean dip. 😋 The portions of food are very abundant (enough for a second meal). The hand made corn and flour tortillas are hot and so delicious! Overall, everything was delicious! It is my understanding they also have an excellent Sunday brunch! I will be returning again.
Enjoyed dinner with friends at El Tapatio recently. The atmosphere was very nice—at times a bit noisy—but overall the décor was attractive and inviting. For drinks, I ordered a 16 oz Corona, and our waitress, Mirna, brought waters for the four of us. My wife and one of our friends ordered a large container of tortilla soup to share. We were also served chips and salsa, but what stood out was that we were additionally brought cups of refried beans for dipping—a great and unexpected touch. I ordered the Burrito Colorado, while my wife chose the Veggie Enchiladas. I hadn’t seen a Burrito Colorado on a menu in 30+ years, so this definitely brought back fond memories. The burrito was filled with beef sirloin and topped with red sauce and melted cheese. I paired it with Spanish rice and refried
Great food, atmosphere, and drinks — we truly enjoyed that part of the experience. We were seated right away, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our server was not very attentive and it took quite a while for our order to be taken. During that time, the manager walked by several times while we were waiting and didn’t check in to see if we needed assistance. Shortly after, a new couple was seated next to us and the manager flagged down a waiter to make sure they were helped right away. This may have been an honest oversight, but it was noticeable. After we finished eating, we stayed a bit longer to talk and socialize. Our server brought the bill and asked if we could do him a favor and hurry up because customers had been waiting about 25 minutes to be seated. That interaction felt uncomfo
The carne Asad combo plate is so delicious. They will cook it just the way you like it. I ordered mine, medium rare abd it was si soft and juicy...simply delicious! Oh and those homemade corn tortillas is heavenly! Lets not forget their margaritas! I had the mango, YUM 😋
The Real Deal is El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant which delivers on every single level…. Let’s kick it off with atmosphere which looks like an amazing masterpiece of Mexican culture, high-end building material, paintings that are carefully crafted, I could go on and on about the authentic atmosphere. Must see must see! The service was outstanding. From walking-in to dining in to walking-out. We were greeted and seated very quickly on a holiday lunch. The server was fun guy, full of life, funny, and kept all the drinks full!! I don’t know if all the servers do it the guy was singing when delivering the alcohol drinks, cheers! Now to the Main Event: the Food! The food was outstanding, they start you off with chips, salsa and bean dip for free. Salsa was chunky and full of flavors (8.5/10), c
