Honestly the best beef birria in the area! The quesabirrias are amazing. The consome broth is so flavorful and the red salsa is spicy but delicious ! Definitely worth checking out, Fort Morgan has so many amazing food trucks but this one is one of our new go-to’s. My husband has also really enjoyed the tripa tacos! Friendly customer service… Plus, this truck is open late, so it’s perfect for a late dinner.
The taco truck is a little pricey but the food is amazing! Tortas and burritos were $15-17.
