El Super Mofongo Resbaloso

Unfortunately the food here is a no go for me . I ate a few times at the new location and the PUERTORICAN food is NOT good. Their “famous “ mofongo lacks proper texture as it falls apart being so dry . The cuajo is the only thing I liked and it was a bit hard . I tried a few things but in all honesty I liked nothing . The “arroz con gandules “ is pale and has NO flavor . I was looking forward to trying their “pollo asado” and it was AWFUL . It was heated in the microwave which gives chicken a really bad smell and taste (never microwave chicken because of this ) it also had ZERO flavor besides the microwave taste . Doesn’t seem like a Latino seasoned this. Yuca was a yellowish color and also lacked flavor. I won’t be going back here as to top it off portions are small compared to price for

This man is should have an award for how good his food is! Food is ruined for me if it doesn’t come from him. Everything is FRESH and the flavor is mouth watering. The price is beautiful and he is so respectful and confident in his art of cooking. I need everyone to know about this. If you want AMAZING FRESH FOOD that’ll have you doing the happy dance for hours eat here !!!

Now this is what I'm talking about. Authentic puertorican food. This food truck has a great view, big parking space, super friendly staff and of course great food. If you know what mofongo is then if you try one here you'll know it's just like grandma's cooking. If you dont know what a mofongo is then this is the way it should taste. Oh and the empanadas are fresh, not frozen. I will be back to this place a lot more. Bringing all my peeps as well. Great spot for a saturday drive snack...

Great location with plenty of parking space. Food was great.. perfect for those Puertorican cravings.
