Little Santouka

Little Santouka is a hidden gem located at the corner of Minton Road and Palm Bay Road NW in Palm Bay. The food is excellent and all entrees are made to order, including custom made teas and boba tea. The sushi is consistently fresh and amazing quality. This is an owner operated restaurant and the owner is always working. He is a true people person who treats every customer like family and even remembers and calls you by name. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his food. My favorite dish is the salmon and shrimp with cabbage and rice, which is always cooked perfectly. Whether you dine in or take out, the experience is consistently great. Highly recommend supporting this local business.

Friendly staff, we went there for the bobba but the Spam musubi we decided to try was amazing. 100% recommended if you want to have fresh asian food. Looking forward to trying more things on their menu. Loved the boba!

Perfect little lunch spot. There’s a couple of little seats by the windows and seating at the counter not for big parties . Took my son for a lunch date. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Also ordered the strawberry matcha so good! This will be our new little spot for take out or a quick dine in meal.

Love this place! Their boba tea is delicious, spam masubi is chef's kiss, and the sushi rolls are tasty and reasonably priced. But my favorite part of stopping in here is the friendly man behind the counter who is always kind, helpful and brightens my day with his smile 😃 Stop in! You won't be disappointed!

New to the area so we decided to check this place out. The boba drinks were delicious and the spam masubi was so good! 10/10 recommend!
