We had a fantastic experience at this food cart! The staff were friendly and quick to serve, making the visit enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food. On a Monday afternoon, there was ample seating available. While the setup is simple and located in a parking lot, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a food cart. The hotdog bun is soft, pillowy, and possibly the best I’ve ever tasted, with a delightful buttery flavor. The hotdog itself is wrapped in bacon and generously topped with mayo, mustard, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. At just $4.50 for the Sinaloense hotdog and a can of soda for $2, this place is a must-visit for anyone — even if you’re not a big hotdog fan!
So much fun! We’re not from Tucson but had heard all about Sonoran Hot Dogs and were eager to try them. This food truck was highly rated on Google and Yelp so we decided to give it a go. The hot dogs did not disappoint. I’ve never had anything like it, but it was quite delicious. I’m not a hot dog fan in general but these were delicious.
Make time when you are visiting Tucson to eat at El Sinaloense Hot Dog Cart! This was our first experience with Sonora Dogs! I am from North Carolina, and we enjoy hot dogs with mustard, slaw, onions, and chili. I have to say the hot dogs we bought here are even better! It is owned by a small business owner, which is always a plus. They are generous with their toppings and have comfortable picnic tables to eat at.
First Sonoran style hot dog of 2026! On our way from Tempe to El Paso, had to veer off the IH-10 to stop and check out this highly rated hot dog stand. I have a habit of wolfing down hot dogs, and these delicious dogs were no exception. The first dog went down the gullet so fast that I had to ask my partner what the heck we just ate post-mortem. Basically, Sonoran-style means bacon wrapped dogs, beans, grilled onions, diced tomatos, salsa verde, mayo and mustard, all on a soft fluffy grilled bun and accompanied by a grilled chile guero (yellow pepper). Though it’s only a stand, there is a sizeable shade structure and picnic tables. Aided by the spring temps typical of January in Arizona, this was a pleasant and fulfilling stop on the way home. If it’s not January I don’t know what to tell
This is a Hot Dog cart that has been there for more than 15yrs, well known to the locals as the BEST HOT DOGS in Tucson. The owner operator & Grill Master is at the helm every day, BLESS HIS HEART. So if you are craving the Best Sonoran Hot dog, this is place, reasonable prices.
