El Sazón Criollo Restaurant & Pizza

I waited for 20 minutes for sandwich I had to dump in the trash when I got home. I ordered a pernil sandwich and got only the meat and ketchup nothing I asked for I got. No lettuce no tomatoes no onions and on top of that full of grease, made even the bread moist and falling apart. Definitely not going again, rice was dry on the steam table.

Fist time going and just by looking at the food made me decide not to eat there. The rice and meat looked like it was out in the open for hours. the meats looked extremely dry which turned into a darker layer on the top of the meat same with the rice nothing looked fresh it didn't look appealing at all and I didn't want to waist $ on something I wouldn't be able to enjoy. When things like this happens it's not a good sign it's either they don't care about the customer or they need more assistance in the front line.

Was disappointed Periodttttt!!! Waited nearly an hour for our food... and my food arrived cold. It was returned w what seemed microwaved. Food definitely lacked that criollo flavor from Latino kitchen. We felt rushed, as the began to close 30 minutes prior to closing time. Won't be returning!

Edited to take away stars because with each visit things just keep getting worse. Half an hour to get frituras, it wasn’t until the third time that you got my order right. Never mind the time before that when I walked in to buy marinara sauce and you sold me tomato sauce for $5 saying it was marinara sauce. That’s it, I’m done. Never going back after today. Gave this place too many tries.

Amazing…If you’re in the area or simply want to eat delicious food not to mention the pizza cuz con bacon ….yummm. Go see Waleska and eat fresh frituras, picadura de todo un poco …ohhh los tostones con chicharrones están brutal….See u soon 😋🥰💯
