El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant

I was there today 02/24/2026 around 4pm and the waiter with bleached tips and a name that started with a T on their waiter wrap thing took our order... it was very slow today and they were quite nice kept checking on us and was patient they also helped me find the thing I ate ij the past that I couldnt figure out it was something like the fajita quisidilla and it was really good I got mine with steak... my son really liked the rice XD and we all left happy and full ... im worried though because we were confused about hoe to leave a tip and didnt ahve cash we had a very long day and I feel bad because we left not knowing and I thought it was handled but im not the one who handled the bill ;-; I hope they know they were very appreciated and we tried to clean up our mess the best we could sin

First time here was pretty good, took my fiance and her son here. For three was $46.02, not bad and the glasses are huge 😆.

I go to this restaurant everyday and the owner is super sweet he even remembers my order! (this is from the girl with blue and pink hair) it always brings a smile to my face seeing him take our orders.

I was happy to see a restaurant in Granite City that was open on Monday and not a chain. It also gave me a place to cool off and charge my phone after a great deal of walking and exploring the town. The waiter was very kind and helped me find an outlet to charge my phone. The food was okay. The chips were a bit stale, and the enchilada sauce had a strange, out-of-place herb in it--basil? The shrimp quesadilla was quite tasty, and the guac was good. The restroom walls could use a real wipe down. Again, the server was excellent, and the price was great. I might go back and try different food items.

When the chips arrived warm 😍 When the soda arrives in a mug 😍😍 When they have the California Burrito on the menu 😍😍😍 When the burrito arrives and looks and taste perfect 😍😍😍😍 Been to alot of Mexico restaurant's and this one is right up there towards the top. Service was excellent along with the atmosphere. Highly Recommend
