I recently stopped by El Rincon Mexicano Restaurant and came away impressed. This place is a true hole in the wall Mexican spot with an authentic, no frills feel that makes you feel like you found a hidden gem. The portions were a decent size and definitely satisfying. The tacos were flavorful and well seasoned, and the salsa brought some real heat. If you like your salsa spicy, you will appreciate it. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. The atmosphere is simple and true to its roots, which honestly adds to the experience. It is not fancy, but that is part of the charm. Overall, I would absolutely eat here again. Solid food, good portions, and bold flavor make this an easy four star stop in Chaparral.

We came for the first time. We moved to the area last year. The food was absolutely delicious. The enchiladas, the chile relleno. Amazing.
The food is really good and the staff really nice!!
The loaded fries 10 out of 10. If I'm Hungry they hit the spot.
