Birria Chaparral

I’m Usually Not One to complain about food that I bought but I was very disappointed in what I was served because the week prior I had also gotten tacos from you guys on Sunday and they were so good. Full of cheese/meat and cooked correctly they were so delicious that it made me return back last week for my second time. Now I don’t usually eat out because I don’t have money like that but I really enjoyed their food that it made me return. When I got home with my order and open the box this is what I see and I was very disappointed. The tortillas were super dry and crunchy the meat was all in one spot and the cheese was all on one side. I’m not too sure what went on and why I received food like this this week maybe it’s was different cook I don’t know But i just want to ask you if you would

I was very skeptical about this one when finding a place to eat online since there was not many photos of the place. So when getting there, it takes you through the neighborhood so not on a main road, then you'll see the Birria Sign outside to where you have to drive in a yard to the back passing the first two house. Kinda sketch at first but once your past that, you'll see they have their own house (I'm assuming) and the little shack to the left, lots of space for parking, even a little drive through and some seating areas. I was attended by the mom and daughter I believe, very nice people. I had called before I went to verify that they were open, they answered quick and when I got there, their phone was blowing up with orders. Definitely a "hole in the wall" restaurant. It's kind of in the middle of no where. It's a small restaurant with some seating (no high chairs for little littles), but wasn't a problem for us. We had the quessabirria tacos, which come with 4. They were well-made, full of meat and cheese and the tortilla was fried well. The meat was flavorful and tender. It tasted great with the onions, cilantro, hot sauce and a hint of lime to cut the grease. It would have been nice to have a side of some sort (maybe chips and salsa). Overall, would recommend the food. The ladies there were also friendly, which was a plus.

This is the only birria joint that satisfies my soul in the South West. The food is always tasty, and the ingredients are fresh. The quality is consistent. I have never been to a restaurant where they wrap the tacos like it's a baby! With love, care, and passion. I've been visiting this place since July 2022. It's a must to stop when I visit EP. Much respect for the family that runs the business. Thank you to all of you 🙏❤️.

This was my first experience with Birria Tacos ever and holy cow it was an incredible experience! You have got to check this place out! My girlfriend took me here for a date. The drive there was super confusing because it’s in the middle of a neighborhood and then I showed up and realized this was also just a shed next to a house. Truly a mom and pop type shop even down to the decor being oil for the lawnmower ;D The Birria tacos and quesadillas with the sauce they give was so tender and flavorful with every single bite to the point that I am drooling just thinking about it now. The broth was very hearty, hot, fatty, and genuinely some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or passing through.
