El rayo seafood boil

Ceviche was decent. The boiled lobster tail tasted dry and bad. But the vibe was great there. We got there at noon and there was hardly anyone and I feel like this truck is the only truck open at lunch time.

Delicious. Very short wait, less than 10 minutes to get the plate. Everything was well seasoned. The medium was perfect, little kick but not too spicy. My partner and I got the 1lb shrimp plate. It was a perfect amount of food to share without feeling overly full. Everything was cooked to perfection. Tender shrimp, soft potatoes, and the sausage and corn were perfectly cooked. The environment is super nice too. I could see this being a perfect spot for a nighttime dinner because theres nearby foodstands with churros and other sweet treats too! Definitely gonna come back.

Very good seafood for a food truck. Was actually the best I’ve tasted here in Tuscan. Also had kids menu for kids like hamburger and fries in case they don’t like seafood.

My daughter and I ordered big combo platter and it was amazing. When I picked up, the presentation was great and carefully wrapped so it did not leak in my car. It was way more food than we expected and so good. Very seasoned, not too hot but very good flavor! I might even argue the best seafood boil in Tucson! Definitely recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was pleasantly surprised! I didn’t expect such exceptional, high-quality food from a food truck. This was the most flavorful crab boil I’ve ever had—every bite was bursting with flavor! The lobster, shrimp, and crab were all plump, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Definitely a must-try!
