El Rancho Restaurant, Pinetop

I love this place. The best navajo tacos, bean and green chili burro, shredded beef tacos & chips and salsa We have been eating there for 30 years. The service, food & atmosphere are always outstanding. They never disappoint.

The place was not very friendly to begin with. Got our food extremely fast, it all tasted rancid and I have a random chip on my plate that looks half eaten. My boyfriend’s shredded beef was absolutely diabolical smelling. He’s convinced it’s dog food. Never had this bad of food at a restaurant in my life definitely won’t be returning ever. I’d like to add that after leaving right after getting our food and not touching it we were never addressed on the issue. It was more avoided by dropping and grabbing the check quickly without a word.

The service is always great and they are always friendly when helping customers. They also help with selection and keep your drinks filled. The food is very good and I love to come here for certain dishes. I haven't tried the catering but I know that take out is great when I'm in a rush. Sometimes it's a little dark or crowded but other than that I love this place.

Nasty expensive food. Chicken tasted like rubber. Came in for the first time and will not be coming back. 18 bucks for a small cheese enchilada? I'll go up the street to Mr Zeekes and have a real meal next time. I doubt this place will still be open in 5 years. It was so gross.

This is where I get my beloved shredded beef enchilada when i am visiting my hometown. I have been coming here for over 40 years. El Rancho never disappoints. This is the first time that I order this enchilada style with the green sauce and the dish was extra fabulous.
