The absolute BEST Alibertos in Showlow/Pinetop area. The super nachos are absolutely amazing and they have fried my chips fresh for the order every single time I order it. One time they forgot my pico and they were so apologetic and accommodating about it. Customer service is great, food is great, and quick service. Happy to spend my money here!

The tacos were alright but falling apart so needed to use utensils to eat them. The quesadilla was probably the best thing here being properly cooked. The cheeseburger meal didn't reflect the ingredients in the picture on the menu as just meat, a slice of cheese and a bun. It had lettuce and tomato and shredded cheese instead of a slice. Not a huge deal but for a kid can mean the world. The burger was also super greasy which was unpleasant. The French fries were undercooked and had no salt on them. The cheese enchiladas were cold so I brought them back. They fixed that order but possibly poisoned the food in the process by microwaving a plate not designed to do so and melting it potentially into the food. The cheese was melted this time and I didn't see the melted plastic until afterwards

Ordered the machaca platter that came with rice, beans and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. It was very good. They also has a salsa bar. A cute clean place!

This is supposed to be a chicken quesadilla. It looks absolutely revolting and doesn't look anything like the chicken quesadillas that I have gotten there before. It looks like they put a live chicken in a shredder. Nobody in my family was even willing to take one bite of this mess. They have now completely messed up my order twice in a row. We will not be going back

Every time I visit this location the burrito sizes have been tiny. I’d compare the California burro to the size of the Tina burritos at Walmart in the deli that cost $2. I get we’re in a difficult economy but that also speaks to the amount of people I see at this location on any given day. It’s like a ghost town. If Filiberto’s or los betos came up north they would do really well with their portion sizes. Feed the people! Don’t be greedy!
