El Pollo Loco

I feel like the portions are a bit smaller compared to normal pollo loco, but maybe that’s just me. Very quick service, I always wait 3 mins max after ordering. Honestly the fasted I’ve ever gotten my food.

Finally reduced prices back to normal pollo loco prices, but the place is a disappointment now. Kiosk didn’t give receipt, took almost half an hour to get a pollo bowl, pollo bowl clearly had way less in it than other pollo locos give then opened to find out it was missing food (the pico de gallo), and didn’t have salsas. Clearly understaffed and just overall terrible now. Just go to the Panda Express even if it has a long line. Edit: Food is too salty as well. Forgot to mention you don’t even get your food even if it’s ready, they’ll wait until it’s your turn numerically so your food might get cold like mine.

The only issue that I've been dealing with all fastfood places is due to kiosk, more attention is given to drive thru customers while dining in customers seem to have to wait longer on placing and receiving meals. Plus more fastfood places ignore keeping dining areas clean and all trash cans are full and overflowing.

The food is always good here and they serve good portions Everytime. The emoyees are very nice and quick. The salsas are always stacked. Great branch
