Taco Tuesday is a good value, any two tacos for $5. Otherwise, the food can be a bit pricey, but the quality is above average for fast food. Our crunchy chicken tacos were very fresh and flavorful, and the salsa choices exceeded our expectations.

I came to El Pollo loco for a snack and got three tacos and drink. The snack was fairly priced, but what made this trip specialty was Fernanda helping me. The whole meal was fresh and delicious.

They completely skimp you on food yet prices have gone up avoid in my opinion. I have ordered catering from their Glendale location for years and no complaints. This location the food was horrible. It’s cafeteria level at best, biggest disappointment outside of the watered down Mac n cheese were the chips. Those use to be iconic now old and tasteless

I bought the double chicken tostada for the sliced avocado. Are they really using yesterday’s avocado and their salads for today? Disgusting. Tell your employees. If it’s gross and they wouldn’t eat it then they shouldn’t serve it. If you don’t want pictures like this on your Google, then make sure you don’t produce food that looks like this. Update the comment below from the store was for the benefit of looks for their benefit. I followed the directions and have had zero contact from them. More proof they don’t care. I will never eat from this location again.
