El Pollo Loco

Today is September 7th. I went to El Pollo loco in lemon Grove on Broadway and I ordered the chicken quesadilla combo. She said it comes with 4 oz of chicken. I looked it up on Google. A picture of a 4 oz chicken and it's a whole chicken breast. My quesadilla had three 1 in pieces and the entire quesadilla and also in my husband's. I called them to complain and I told her that that is not a 4 oz piece of chicken and the quesadilla and I was right according to a picture that I looked up for a 4 oz piece of chicken on Google. Please complain. She gave me a number to complain to. Her name is Elizabeth. She is the manager there so she says I would not recommend this place to anyone. I told her that they are stealing from their customers. It's false advertisement of what their picture shows tha

Ordered food TO GO. Was given it to eat THERE. Especially disappointing cuz cashier gave me a LOOK as if I'd made the mistake. Food was OK. Chicken pcs are soooooo SMALL. Temperature med warm. Salsa, both green & red tomato are STILL delicious. Glad used a coupon. MAY go back cuz is so close to residence.

This is the only location I come to when I'm in San Diego. The chicken is seasoned well, flame broiled and the kids love how they can build their own tacos. Tried the birria quesadillas, not bad for a chain restaurant but I've definitely had better. Feeling satisfied...

I went to the drive thru putting in an order and the person was rushing me and was rude the entire time. I was the only one in line too so I don’t see a rush to serve customers. I got to the window and it was some big Samoan dude who looked like he didn’t like his job. He shouldn’t work there if he doesn’t like dealing with people. No napkins and utensils were given too despite it being a family meal.

This is a typical fast food restaurant, nothing more, nothing less. Food was quite good--we got the family meal and all 5 of us enjoyed it.
