I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant. I specifically ordered a vegetarian meal, as I have been strictly vegetarian for over 8 years. However, I was served a dish that contained steak. This was not only careless but deeply disrespectful to my dietary choice and beliefs. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, instead of offering an apology or a solution, the staff were rude and dismissive, even asking me to leave. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any business that claims to value its customers. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them defines your professionalism — and in this case, your staff’s conduct showed a total lack of respect and accountability. I will be sharing this experience publicly to warn others and expect this

Jeremy was an incredible waiter! We had a large party and there was "mucho grande" food ordered! The food was good, but not a lot of flavor! The portions were commendable and the food arrived at the correct temperatures, quickly! We were amazed at how fast our food was prepared and delivered! Plenty of parking and the restaurant was extremely clean on the outside! We tried to get help a couple of times from workers passing by, but they wouldn't stop to acknowledge us! It might've been a language barrier, or the employees just didn't care! I probably wouldn't eat at this location again! I was hoping the food had more flavor and not so bland!

Came to this location for the first time and the food was great. I ordered the California burrito and I don’t think they know how to fold it into a burrito so I had to refold it. Since I’m from California I like to compare. I wasn’t impressed. The salsa and chips were really good. I know where to go when I want chips and salsa. My fiancé enjoyed his steak fajitas.

Great location. The food was good. Drinks a tad weak for cocktails. The atmosphere seems to be lacking. The vibe is low and employees don't look happy. We enjoyed the meals we ordered.

This was the first time my wife and I came to this restaurant in particular. We've been excitedly waiting for it to open since we saw the signs go up. The builders did a great job and the layout is more open than the other El Magueys in town. The food was great and the drinks were better than standard house drinks. I had the Chilli Rellenos de Mariscos and I would recommend it without a doubt. The atmosphere was quiet and appealing and our server was the right amount of attentive.
