EL LOBO MEXICAN RESTAURANTE

El Lobo is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Mexican food in Duluth. The flavors are bold, fresh, and clearly made with care — you can taste the difference. Every dish we’ve tried has been delicious and full of real, traditional flavor. On top of that, the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with great service, El Lobo is absolutely worth a visit. And try the sangria!

Great Mexican food for an absolute value! I got the mixed protein fajitas and they prepared it to perfection even with the true Smokey flavors of the grill. This will be our go to whenever we need yummy Mexican. We recommend to everyone! Hard to beat.

We decided to stop by on whim and man do I wish we had tried El Lobo sooner! I assumed this would have been more of a take out place but there was very comfortable seating - very clean and nice looking environment.... And the food? Amazing! I believe my wife and I discovered one of Duluth's hidden gems! The rice btw was a little unlike othees but I'm a really good way - had a nice garlic flavor that hit home with me! Fresh food all the way around and the service was fantastic - it was a father and son team and felt welcome from the time we first sat down. Highly recommended!

As someone who has recently moved here from California, I have desperately been searching for good Mexican food without success. Tonight, I think I found my go-to place for great Mexican food! A casual family run restaurant with great food. Place is clean and the owners, Jesse and Enrique are so welcoming. We had the chunky guacamole, mixed fajitas and chicken and cheese enchiladas. All fantastic.

Amazing food and huge portions for great price. Got the chilaquiles con pollo, and it was definitely the best I’ve ever had.
