El Limon Lansdale

I work in this area and the team ordered from here was my first time and the food is excellent so good that I’ll be taking my wife into Pennsylvania to this restaurant to have a very good authentic Mexican meal. If you’re in the Lansdale area I recommend you stop in and grab a bite to eat. It’s worth it. The food is phenomenal.

Local chain that offers great Mexican flavors. Highly recommend tacos to try all the different types of meats offered. Highly recommend al pasto, birrara and tongue. They offer corn or wheat tortilla for your tacos. I also love their mole sauce as an option for their burritos which is a a big portion. All meals come with their homemade salsa verde and red sauce (very spicy). They offer free alcohol-free margaritas in a few flavors and you can bring your own tequila to add to your drink or drink it alcohol-free as-is. Service is usually very fast. Service is always courteous in all the locations I have visited. I have been visiting the Conshohocken location for more than a decade and the quality is high across all locations.

I'm not ashamed to say I eat here 2x a week and still love their food. Never been to Mexico but you'll hear people speaking Spanish in back and laughing which is a good sign. I get the chimichangas with tenga (cow tongue) or nachos. Anna up front is always personable and remembers you which makes just going inside a hilarious experience. Otherwise you get a free margarita if you dine in and they offer a fiesta box for $70 if you want 20 tacos and nachos in the middle. Haven't had it YET.

so I ordered the chicken tacos and I made sure to ask for the green and red sauce but when I got my food, there was no green and red sauce besides that overall the tacos are very OK. I’ve had better tacos in California, but I appreciate the effort. I think they can do a lot better by actually giving you green and red sauce if you’re ordering to go and when it comes to the chicken, I hope that one day they have a option where the chicken isn’t shredded.

Incredible food! Large portions, great atmosphere, and the waitresses are very friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed it here.
